Meet Dr. Frances Lim, a distinguished double board-certified general and colorectal surgeon. A graduate of the University of Calgary, she further refined her expertise with a residency in General Surgery at the State University of New York, and a Colon and Rectal Surgery fellowship in Washington, D.C. Dr. Frances Lim’s career includes prestigious roles such as Senior Consultant at the National Cancer Institute Singapore and the Division of Colorectal Surgery at the National University Health System.
Known for her proficiency in complex colorectal surgeries, rectal cancer surgeries, and anorectal condition treatments, Dr. Frances Lim is also skilled in gastroscopy and colonoscopy procedures.
Dr. Aileen Seah
Senior Consultant General Surgeon
MBBS(S’pore), FRCS(Edinburgh), FAMS(Surgery), Dip in Acupuncture(SCTCM)
Dr. Aileen Seah achieved recognition as a Fellow of the Academy of Medicine and was accredited as a Specialist in General Surgery in 2005. Notably, she is one of Singapore’s first American-trained female colorectal surgeons, with a significant fellowship at the University of Minnesota.
Dr. Aileen Seah is skilled in both traditional surgery and advanced endoscopic techniques. She mastered double-balloon enteroscopy for small bowel disorders and endoscopic submucosal dissection for large flat polyps. Her expertise also covers pelvic floor disorders and functional colorectal conditions, reflecting her previous role as director of the Pelvic Floor Centre
