RELIABLE, EFFECTIVE COLORECTAL CARE
Comprehensive and Quality Treatment for Your Colorectal Conditions
ARE YOU EXPERIENCING THE FOLLOWING COLORECTAL SYMPTOMS?
Abnormal bowel movements
Experiencing irregular bowel habits, such as diarrhea or constipation, could be one of the colorectal cancer symptoms. Persistent changes may indicate underlying issues. Visit a colorectal clinic in Singapore for evaluation if these signs of colorectal cancer persist.
Persistent abdominal pain
Chronic abdominal discomfort or cramping, especially with stomach bloating, may signal colorectal concerns. If pain is severe or recurrent, consult a colorectal doctor in Singapore to rule out serious conditions like colorectal cancer.
Rectal bleeding or blood in stools
Rectal bleeding or blood in stools is a red flag for colorectal issues, including haemorrhoids or colorectal cancer. Bright red or dark stools should prompt a visit to a colorectal clinic in Singapore for timely diagnosis.
Incomplete emptying of the bowel
The sensation of not fully evacuating your bowels could be linked to colorectal cancer symptoms. This discomfort, along with other signs of colorectal cancer, warrants evaluation by a colorectal doctor in Singapore.
Unexplained weight loss
Sudden weight loss, especially with gut issues, may indicate colorectal cancer. If weight drops without explanation, seek advice from a colorectal clinic in Singapore for early intervention.
Other problems in the gut
General gut discomfort, stomach bloating, or unexplained digestive issues could be early signs of colorectal cancer. A colorectal doctor in Singapore can help diagnose and address persistent symptoms.
You may already be in the early stages of a potentially serious colorectal condition. Don’t wait till it’s too late. Our experienced doctor is here to help you.

SPECIALISED SERVICES
Early detection saves lives. Begin with a comprehensive colorectal cancer screening today.

Colorectal Cancer Screening: The Critical First Step
Colorectal cancer screening is the most effective way to detect abnormalities before symptoms escalate. Some of the modern screening methods include:
- Colonoscopy
- A thin, flexible tube with a camera (colonoscope) examines your entire colon and rectum.
- Precancerous polyps are identified and removed during the procedure, significantly reducing cancer risk.
- Minimally Invasive: Performed under sedation for comfort, with results available immediately.
- Blood Tests (CEA and Others)
- Carcinoembryonic Antigen (CEA) Test: Elevated levels may suggest colorectal cancer, but further diagnostic tests (e.g., colonoscopy or imaging) are required for confirmation.
- Comprehensive Panels: Additional biomarkers and genetic tests help assess risk and guide personalised screening plans.
- Stool Tests
- FIT (Fecal Immunochemical Test): Detects hidden blood in stools, a potential early sign of cancer.
- Stool DNA Testing: Screens for genetic mutations associated with colorectal cancer.
If you experience symptoms like rectal bleeding or unexplained weight loss, do not delay—schedule a screening immediately.

Colorectal Cancer Treatment
Once diagnosed, our colon cancer treatment and colorectal cancer treatment protocols adhere to Singapore’s latest medical guidelines:
- Surgical Options
- Laparoscopic Surgery: Minimally invasive removal of tumors with faster recovery.
- Robotic-Assisted Surgery: Enhanced precision for complex cases, reducing complications.
- Colostomy/Rectal Resection: For advanced cancers, with reconstructive techniques to preserve quality of life.
- Chemotherapy & Targeted Therapy
- Adjuvant Chemo: Post-surgery to eliminate remaining cancer cells.
- Immunotherapy: For advanced or recurrent cases, leveraging the body’s immune system.
- Radiation Therapy
- Pelvic Radiation: Focused on rectal cancer to shrink tumours before surgery.
- Stereotactic Radiosurgery: For precise targeting of metastases.

Rectal Cancer Treatment
Tailored approaches include:
- Neoadjuvant Therapy: Chemoradiation before surgery to improve outcomes.
- Sphincter-Sparing Techniques: Preserve normal bowel function where possible.

Robotic & Laparoscopic Surgery
- Benefits: Smaller incisions, reduced pain, and quicker return to daily activities.
- Applications: Ideal for early-stage cancers, polyp removal, and complex resections.
Act now—early screening and timely treatments offer the optimal outcomes for colorectal conditions.
